Senior Program Officer, Greater New Orleans Foundation

Rachel Swan, a native New Orleanian, has played a variety of roles at the Foundation since 2015 and currently serves as a Senior Program Officer. In this position, Rachel leads the Foundation’s Education, Health, and Youth Development grantmaking as well as a number of geographically specific Funds, including Norco, Algiers, and St. Bernard. Additionally, Rachel supports grantmaking in Nonprofit Leadership and Effectiveness and Disaster Response and Restoration.

Diana Turner

Director of Advancement, Be Loud Studios

Diana Turner is a longtime New Orleans educator dedicated to amplifying student voice and building inclusive, culturally relevant learning environments. After fourteen years teaching elementary school and coaching fellow educators, she designed and wrote an innovative elementary math curriculum rooted in creativity and real-world problem solving. In 2019, she founded Be Loud Studios, creating a space where young people could write, speak, and share what matters most to them. Today, she serves as Director of Advancement at Be Loud, leading strategy, fundraising, and sustainability efforts that support more than 1,000 youth annually through radio production and storytelling.

Meagen Moreland

Senior Communications Strategist, Gambel Communications

Meagen Moreland-Taliancich is a senior communications strategist at Gambel Communications with more than 15 years of experience in crisis communications and brand strategy. She previously served as press and communications attaché at the Consulate General of France in Louisiana and later co-founded Happy Raptor Distilling, becoming part of the 8% of female distillery owners nationwide. After originally joining Gambel in 2018, she returned in 2024 to help organizations navigate crises, shape reputations, and build strong brands. Meagen has been named a Biz Magazine New & Notable and received the 2024 PRSA Anvil Award. In 2025, she earned certifications in AI for Public Relations from The Media Copilot and GEO from Muck Rack.
